Questions
How much will my video cost?

Costs for video projects can vary significantly based on your video's style, length, and many other variables. Before we begin work on any project we work with you to determine the best budget for your project. If you already have a set budget, we'll put together a proposal that outlines what we can offer within your budget.
Does your team work in Delaware?

You bet we do! Big River has been located in Dover, DE since 2015. Delaware is our home base and our team has filmed content for local and national clients throughout the state.
Where will my video be filmed?

Generally speaking, the location for a video production will fall into one of two categories: on location, or in a studio.
For on location shoots, we either use a space that you already have access to or we work to source and secure a location for you.
For studio shoots, we work in a studio setting to produce your content. Studio shoots may also involve constructing a set within the studio for filming.
If you're not sure about the best location for your shoot we can work with you in the pre-production phase to decide the best location based on your budgets and needs.
How long will it take?

The timeline for a video project will vary depending on many factors, but in general we're able to begin work on your project within 1-2 weeks of you reaching out to us and many projects can be completed within 3-5 weeks.
We are able to rush deliver projects that are on particularly tight deadlines. We do this on a project-by-project basis and additional fees may apply.
How much of my time is involved in the process?

Any video project is generally going to require your involvement in some capacity. Depending on the scope of your project, we may need to schedule a few short meetings to make sure we're on the same page. For larger projects, we may need to schedule multiple longer meetings and work together to hone in on your project specifics.
No matter what, you will need to be able to commit to being a part of the process!
