LIFE ON THE
BIG RIVER

Why "Big River"? It's a question we get often (and one we secretly love answering). Co-founder Nathan Cronk grew up in a rural town on the banks of the Genesee River in the "Enchanted Hills" of Western NY. His chilhood was spent floating, bridge jumping, water-hole-diving, and fishing on the Genesee.

That same river is where his grandparents settled in 1972 and tried their luck as a family-owned dairy farm. The sense of adventure and purpose he felt on the river is the same spirit we bring to our productions here at Big River Film Co.
